Oil will generate R$ 1 trillion for education
"Riches from a non-renewable resource (oil) for everlasting wealth (education)," celebrated President Dilma upon signing the bill that earmarks to education 75% of oil royalties and 50% of the Pre-Salt Social Fund.

It is estimated that over the next 35 years education will receive funding on the order of R$ 1 trillion, based on royalties, special participation fees and an allotment from the Social Fund.
